Singapore buys 20 777-Xs, 19 787-10s
Boeing has landed a healthy order from Singapore Airlines for a mixture of 777-Xs and 787-10s.
The airline announced its commitment to purchase the aircraft, in addition to making a recommitment on another 30 787-10s ordered previously.
“We appreciate the trust, commitment and endorsement of Singapore Airlines, and look forward to delivering market-leading capability to one of the world’s most widely respected industry leaders,” said Boeing Commercial Airplanes President & CEO Kevin McAllister.
The order brings Boeing’s 777-X total orders up to 326 and 787-10 orders up to 168.
